This AF-MPDT open platform publishes educational, research-display, non-dangerous structure design, test-data, and engineering-record resources.

It does not provide dangerous material preparation, hazardous propellant formulas, or reproducible dangerous operating tutorials for high-voltage, high-current, vacuum, cryogenic, or high-energy systems.

High-voltage, high-current, vacuum, and cryogenic content is presented only as scientific documentation. Downloaders and contributors are responsible for local law, institutional approval, and safety compliance.

New uploads default to documentation-only. A resource should be changed to public only after manual review confirms it is safe to release.
